**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures.

* Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, and blockages.

* Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.

* Inspect and test plumbing systems for proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

* Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.

* Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

* ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.

* Minimum 25 years of experience in plumbing works (residential/institutional/industrial).

* Good knowledge of water systems, valves, and sanitary fittings.

* Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

* Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours if required.

Electrician

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.

* Diagnose malfunctioning systems and perform repairs or replacements.

* Test electrical systems for continuity and safety.

* Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

* Ensure electrical safety and compliance with institutional standards.

* Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive upkeep.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent certification.

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

* Sound knowledge of electrical tools, safety procedures, and wiring diagrams.

* Experience in working with LT/HT panels and generators preferred.

* Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.

Welder

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Perform welding and fabrication work as per design specifications.

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.

* Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders.

* Inspect welded surfaces and structures for accuracy and defects.

* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

* Follow all safety standards and wear protective gear.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

* ITI in Welding or equivalent qualification.

* 2–5 years of experience in welding (mild steel, stainless steel, etc.).

* Proficient in MIG/TIG/Arc welding techniques.

* Knowledge of safety protocols and quality inspection.

* Strong attention to detail and precision.

Fabricator

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Fabricate metal structures, frames, and components as per design drawings.

* Cut, bend, and assemble metal parts using tools and machinery.

* Read and interpret fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.

* Work closely with welders and fitters for assembly.

* Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of fabricated products.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

* ITI / Diploma in Fabrication or related field.

* 2–5 years of hands-on fabrication experience.

* Proficient in operating fabrication tools (grinders, cutters, bending machines).

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
