Qualification: -12 th pass or graduate.

Age limit: - upto 45 years only.

Experience required: - 3+ years’ experience in plumber related matters

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

We are having an opening for the Plumber Location based at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Setup

• Install and maintain industrial piping systems for water supply, steam, compressed air, and chemical distribution.
• Set up and connect water heaters, boilers, cooling systems, and washroom facilities in accordance with factory requirements.

2. Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all plumbing fixtures, pipelines, valves, and fittings.
• Quickly repair leaks, blockages, or damaged pipes to avoid disruption in production processes.
• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing systems related to dyeing machines, washers, boilers, and cooling units.

3. Water & Waste Management

• Monitor and manage water distribution systems for various production units (e.g., washing, dyeing, finishing).
• Ensure proper drainage and wastewater disposal, preventing contamination or spillage.
• Maintain and repair industrial sewage systems and pumps.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support emergency responses in case of water or chemical pipe bursts or system failures.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and inspections for audits and compliance checks.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the maintenance team, electricians, and plant engineers for system integration and repair schedules.
• Report usage of materials and request inventory replenishment when needed.
• Keep records of maintenance logs, repairs done, and tools used.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial or factory plumbing.
• Familiarity with large-scale water and steam systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Vocational certification or license in plumbing (as required by local regulations).
