PLC /HMI programmer

As a PLC & HMI Programmer in Automation & SPM, your primary role will involve PLC/HMI programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation for industrial automation systems. You will be responsible for developing, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC programs, as well as designing and developing HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems - Design and develop HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring - Perform testing, commissioning, and onsite support for automation projects - Interface PLC systems with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and SCADA systems - Read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings - Debug hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions - Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in PLC & HMI/SCADA programming - Experience with industrial sensors/actuators and communication protocols - Additional advantage with Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1200, S7-1500 series You will be working full-time on a permanent basis at the specified work location.
