Platform Software Engineer

As an Integration Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data flows in Apache NiFi to ingest, route, and transform network performance/assurance data. You will also develop and maintain Groovy scripts for custom logic and extensions in Nokia Assurance Center (NAC) and NiFi processors. Additionally, integrating and configuring NAC components for telecom service assurance and monitoring use cases will be part of your key responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with solution architects, operations, and QA teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions, developing Java-based microservices or plugins to support custom integrations and enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and system performance, as well as participating in end-to-end solution testing and providing post-deployment support. To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in Apache NiFi, proficiency in Groovy scripting, good understanding and hands-on experience with Nokia Assurance Center (NAC) components, proficiency in Java development, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns. Familiarity with network data models (FM/PM), XML/JSON, and SQL/NoSQL databases, as well as an understanding of OSS/BSS architecture and telecom protocols, will be beneficial.
