Production Monitoring and Optimization: Oversee the smooth and efficient execution of daily production schedules. Quality Control: Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. Team Management: May involve managing a small team of plant workers, providing guidance and training. Problem-Solving: Identify and address production issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory. Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on production output and efficiency.
