Plant Operations Manager-Steel

You will be responsible for overseeing plant operations at Hyderabad location for a steel manufacturing company. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day activities within the plant to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards - Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient production processes - Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment - Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the steel industry - Knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and quality standards - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues effectively Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with a CTC of up to 8 lakh.
