Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head at Monolithisch India Limited located in Sarbari Plant, Purulia, West Bengal. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications · Plant Operations and Production Management skills · Production Planning and Quality Control skills · Budgeting skills · Experience of 4-5 years in managing production processes · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent problem-solving abilities · Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
