Experience: 3–6 years in D2C e-commerce Role Overview We are an Indian toy e-commerce brand seeking a Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager who can single-handedly strategize and execute our digital transformation. This role blends creativity with analytics, from building one-click Instagram shopping to optimizing our online store and running performance campaigns that convert browsers into buyers. Responsibilities Digital Roadmap: Develop and own a 6-month + growth plan for sales, brand awareness, and digital uplift. Social Commerce: Set up & manage Instagram Shop / Meta Commerce with one-click buying. Performance Marketing: Run and optimize Meta, Google Shopping, and influencer campaigns; manage budgets and ROAS. Website Enhancement: Audit UX/UI, collaborate with developer to improve conversion; implement analytics tracking and pixel events. Content Coordination: Work with freelance creators or agencies for reels, product videos, and ad creatives. Email / WhatsApp CRM: Create customer re-engagement flows, abandoned-cart reminders, referral and loyalty programs. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, retention); present monthly insights and action items. Collaboration: Work closely with sales & operations to align marketing, logistics, and customer feedback loops. Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify / WooCommerce, and Google Analytics (GA4). Strong understanding of social-commerce & Instagram Shopping. Working knowledge of email / WhatsApp automation tools (Klaviyo, Zoko, etc.). Eye for creative storytelling and ability to brief content creators effectively. Data-driven mindset; ability to make decisions based on metrics. Startup-style ownership and ability to execute end-to-end without large teams. Good-to-Have Skills Experience in D2C brands (kids, toys, lifestyle, fashion, FMCG). Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut). Familiarity with influencer management and affiliate partnerships.
