Candidate’s having minimum 5-10 years’ experience in 3D design & architectural visualisation can apply for the post must be B.Arch. degree holder (5 Years) for design, detail & presentation preparations. The role of a 3D Designer involves the following duties: · Knows how to proficiency operate Google sketch-up proficiently, architectural modelling, rendering Photoshop for graphic works & PowerPoint for preparing presentation. · Knowledge of 3D studio man is a plus along with Photoshop, power point & M.S Office. · Must be proficient in AutoCAD for CAD related works as & when required. · Effective Time management and Goal oriented approach for strict deadline adherence. · Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise projects, graphic design & concept designs · Presenting and explaining visuals to clients for design approvals. · Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances such as A.I, various upgrades & new relevant software’s. · Primary work experience in corporate office & residential interiors is a requirement, along with Design & drawing works to support the presentation. · Minimum 6 months’ salary slip with bank statement to be provided. · Resume to specify current salary.
