Job Title : Mechanical Draftsman : Design : Mumbai : HOD - R&D Make drawings in AUTOCAD / SOLIDWORKS in 2-D / 3-D as required for the company records. Monitor / report any deviations from the drawings and / or specifications. Maintain all drawing files in the computer system with proper names and easy retrieval. Basic knowledge of COREL DRAW is also required. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : * Make drawings ion accordance with the standards on the computer software. * Index all drawings files with proper nomenclature * Support the QC department and production engineers by providing timely inputs from the drawings of product quality / tolerances / material names / part names etc * Manage compliance with ISO systems Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties / location and instruct the post holder to carryout other related duty. : Production / Mechanical Engineer : Production : Mumbai : CEO and GENERAL MANAGER To plan production schedule, allocate resources, foresee requirements, inspect, test, check-control the sample product / parts for defects and any deviations from the drawings and / or specifications, maintain quality standards l To lead entire production Department , provide regular updates – short falls to the management. l Prepare production schedule, oversee the complete production cycle, provide technical ideas and inputs for betterment of processes and maintain production documentation l Develop design ideas for new dies, jigs, fixtures l Oversee calibration of gauges, calipers and jigs/fixtures used in production process l Oversee regular functioning of machines, ensure daily and/or regular maintenance l Impart training to workmen to improve the final product quality Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties / location and instruct the post holder to carry out other related duty.
