PKMS / WMi QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deployments
• Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Validate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns
• Execute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Support production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readiness
• Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful implementations
• Provide support for test data preparation and environment setup

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with

  PKMS / Manhattan WMi

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes
• Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr)
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation
• Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP / OMS systems (plus)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
