They are seeking a professional chef to join them in this journey and provide guidance on the technical aspects of the operations. The role is a contract position for an Exciting Consulting Opportunity for Pizza/Italian Chefs. Responsibilities include day-to-day tasks such as consulting, training, and management consulting. The position is based in Rourkela, Odisha and requires on-site presence. The estimated tenure for this role is 2-3 months on-site, followed by visiting consulting every 6 months. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a standalone restaurant or a 4-5 star hotel. Menu engineering skills, indenting and costing skills, recipe standardization skills, and knowledge of basic bakery skills are required. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.,
