As a Marketing Staff, your responsibilities will include assisting in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content and outreach, engaging with clients and customers, pitching and negotiating deals with potential sponsors, coordinating activation and deliverables with the event logistics team, collaborating internally with various departments, and tracking and reporting sponsorship ROI to help improve future partnerships. In the Office Assistant role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records and files, and supporting internal departments with basic clerical work. Both roles require good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skills, with freshers earning between 10,000 - 12,000/month and experienced candidates earning between 15,000 - 20,000/month. This is a full-time, permanent position with fixed working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, at our location in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
