Role & responsibilities Execute technical dyeing and wash trials including reactive dyeing, pigment dyeing, acid wash, etc. Assist in shade matching, recipe adjustment, and final sample approvals as per customer standards. Ensure process adherence and quality consistency across multiple shades and garment types. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sampling, Production, QA, and merchandising. Support implementation and optimization of new dyeing and wash techniques in coordination with R&D. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or equivalent. 815 years of experience in garment dyeing/washing, specifically in sampling for export-oriented units. Hands-on exposure to customer standards of global brands. Additional Notes : Candidate should be willing to work in Hassan and occasionally coordinate with the Bangalore team. The role offers a growth path into leadership/technician onboarding responsibilities in the future.
