The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in night shifts. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from US customers placing food orders. Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the system. Ensure high-quality customer experience by addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Should follow Customer-centric approach. Meet performance metrics including call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and performance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based customer service (preferably in the BPO industry). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream). Comfortable working in US night shifts. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
