Position Overview We are seeking a qualified RPAS Instructor to conduct drone pilot training programs, provide hands-on flight instruction, and support DGCA-compliant RPAS training operations. The ideal candidate will have practical drone flying experience, a strong understanding of DGCA regulations, and excellent communication skills to guide trainees effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical flight training for RPAS (DGCA syllabus and internal modules). Demonstrate safe and efficient drone operations, including pre-flight and post-flight checks. Train students on drone applications such as mapping, agriculture, and inspection. Maintain training records, flight logs, and student performance data. Assist in maintenance and calibration of training drones. Support DGCA RPTO compliance and audits. Participate in field missions and demonstrations when required. Required Qualifications Certified DGCA RPAS Pilot (Small/Medium category preferred). Prior training or flight instruction experience (preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of DGCA CAR 2.0, drone operations, and airspace regulations. Technical understanding of multirotor systems, mission planning, and payloads. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work full-time from Mysuru and start immediately. Preferred Skills Exposure to mapping software (Pix4D, Agisoft, QGIS). Mechanical or aerospace engineering background is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple batches and manage training schedules.
