The Telly Caller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, answering incoming inquiries, providing detailed information about our services, and assisting with bookings. Additionally, the Telly Caller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up with customers as needed to secure bookings and provide excellent service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage Fluency in English and local languages Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
