Coordinating with other healthcare professionals To check case sheet/outpatient card for Doctor's orders Assessing patients and monitoring their progress Using techniques like functional training and exercise, medication, diet changes, and specialized equipment that is designed to treat and alleviate pain Valuates and treats patients suffering from a physical disability due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment. Provide physiotherapy services to people with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiothoracic and other complex conditions. Promoting a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence-based practice and the developmental of additional clinical skills in the specialty. Promoting good health and well–being through education. Maintaining records up to date with latest advancement.
