Job Summary:

Alans Academy is inviting applications from skilled Physics Tutors to create recorded video lessons for Class 10 Kerala State Syllabus. The role is onsite at our Kozhikode studio, and the tutor should be able to teach in Malayalam or English medium. This is an hourly-based, contract position suited for educators confident in concept delivery and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality Physics classes for Class 10 (Kerala SCERT)
• Teach in Malayalam or English medium with clear explanations and diagrams
• Use real-life examples and visual aids to enhance understanding
• Work with the academic team to prepare and align content with the curriculum
• Maintain clarity, accuracy, and pacing for recorded sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or Physical Science
• Teaching experience in Kerala State Syllabus preferred
• Strong blackboard teaching and communication skills
• Fluent in Malayalam and/or English
• Confident camera presence; B.Ed preferred but not mandatory

Salary:

- Hourly Pay: ₹150 – ₹400
(Based on experience and delivery quality)

Pay: ₹9,862.13 - ₹18,579.30 per month
