Job Summary

Family Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert annotation, labeling, and interpretation of diverse clinical cases spanning all age groups.
• Support AI development in areas such as preventive medicine, chronic condition management, acute care, and pediatric health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure AI reflects holistic, evidence-based patient care.
• Participate in designing test cases and evaluating AI system outputs for accuracy and safety.
• Help shape clinical guidelines integration into AI training datasets.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor with specialization in Family Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or any other specialty (Oncology, Geneticist, Neurology, among others)
• At least 1 to 3 years of clinical practice in primary or community care.
• Ability to synthesize broad, multi-disciplinary medical knowledge into structured outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, medical AI, and improving patient access through technology.
• Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week and an average of 50 hours per month for AI training participation.

This takes 35 min and will assess your Medical Knowledge and a brief exercise of Data annotation/Attention to detail skills in a fair and structured way. Prior data annotation/labeling or adjacent skills are not required for this role, just your medical expertise and judgment.
