Job Summary: As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications using PHP and other web technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient web solutions. Key Responsibilities: Write clean, well-designed, and efficient PHP code. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers. Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements. Maintain documentation for developed code and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a PHP Developer (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge of PHP and its frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, etc.). Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Understanding of MVC design patterns and OOP principles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in API development and third-party integrations.
