The Photographer & Videographer holds the crucial role of capturing top-notch visual content for diverse needs such as marketing materials, social media, websites, events, and internal communications. This position demands a sharp attention to detail, a flair for creativity, technical mastery in both photography and videography, and the capacity to work collaboratively with team members to craft captivating visual stories.

Responsibilities

• Product Photography: Shoot products in a studio setting, focusing on detail, features, and multiple angles.
• Styling & Setup: Arrange products and set up lighting and backdrops to create visually appealing images that meet brand and campaign requirements.
• Image Editing & Retouching: Edit, crop, and retouch images to ensure consistent color accuracy, quality, and fast loading times for web use.
• Asset Management: Manage and organize a digital library of images, ensuring they are properly archived and easily accessible.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and creative teams to understand project briefs, develop visual concepts, and align content with brand standards.
• Optimization: Optimize images for web use to maintain high display quality and fast load times.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest photography and e-commerce trends to continuously improve image quality and techniques.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment and ensure photography equipment is in good working order.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in professional photography equipment (DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting), image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and web image optimization techniques.
• Creative Skills: A strong eye for aesthetics, product styling, lighting, and composition.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of studio lighting setups, color correction, and image retouching.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring all product features, details, and brand standards are accurately represented.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with creative, marketing, and product teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
