Photo Retoucher

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to enhance images for high-quality visual output across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and composition, with experience in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Key Responsibilities: Retouch, color correct, and enhance photos to meet creative and brand standards. Remove blemishes, distractions, and unwanted elements while preserving natural appearance. Adjust lighting, tone, contrast, and color balance to create polished, high-resolution images. Work on skin retouching, background replacement, object removal, and image compositing. Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure image consistency. Prepare files for print and web formats in required resolutions and color spaces. Maintain an organized archive of all edited photos and version histories. Requirements: Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or similar role. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant editing tools. Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. Portfolio showcasing before-and-after examples of high-end retouching work. Ability to take feedback and make revisions as needed. Knowledge of file formats, DPI, and export settings for various platforms.
