Role & responsibilities The Operations Manager Last Mile Delivery will be responsible for end-to-end management of daily delivery operations, including rider workforce management, hub operations, SLA adherence, cost control, and coordination with clients. The role requires strong on-ground execution, problem-solving ability, and experience managing large gig/blue-collar teams. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in last mile delivery / quick commerce / e-commerce logistics Hands-on experience managing 100+ delivery associates Deep understanding of hub operations and field execution Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills Comfortable working in high-pressure environment Experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Shadowfax, etc.
