Role Summary We are seeking a driven and field-oriented Field Marketing Executive to identify and connect with potential customers on-site. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, interacting with clients in industrial environments, and playing a vital role in business expansion. Role & responsibilities Client Outreach: Visit ports, factories, refineries, infrastructure sites, and corporate offices to introduce our services. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert interest into sales inquiries. Customer Engagement: Build lasting client relationships through personal interaction and prompt support. Reporting & Insights: Capture market data, customer feedback, and create insights to support strategic planning and enhancing company efficiency Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador of PIMS to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade expos Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Languages: English, Hindi (Gujarati is a plus) Willingness to travel extensively for on-site meetings and visits Basic understanding of industrial sectors and B2B engagement Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
