We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Office Accounts & Support Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines essential back-office accounting tasks with front-line customer and technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Office Accounts: Maintain financial records, invoices, and purchase orders. Assist with billing, account reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping. Support finance team in preparing reports and audits. Call Handling & Customer Support: Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolve client queries, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Technical Support (Level 1): Provide basic troubleshooting support for products or services. Guide customers through standard technical solutions. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or IT team. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), and CRM tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
