Phlebotomist – Team Incharge

Job Description:

Position: Team Incharge – Phlebotomy
Department: Pathology / Laboratory Services
Experience Required: 4–7 Years
Qualification: DMLT / BMLT

Key Role:

Supervise and lead a team of 10–15 phlebotomists across different center locations.

Monitor staff performance and provide necessary training and guidance.

Resolve team-related issues and support smooth workflow.

Oversee proper sample collection, labeling, barcode pasting, and handling.

Ensure timely sample dispatch to the laboratory.

Monitor usage of consumables and maintain inventory at centers

Ensure all centers follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample collection and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure zero errors in barcoding and sample transport.Ensure daily opening and functioning of surveillance cameras and operational logs.

Coordinate with laboratory managers, HR, and administrative teams.
Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation of payments collected at centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
