Description

• To behave & maintain a professional ethical relationship with the staffs inside the pharmacy store
• Make sure the store is neat and tidy
• Make sure medicines are arranged in the respective places & in the required temperature
• Indent receiving from all the departments
• Make sure all the indent products are available in stores and dispatched on time to time to all departments
• Responsible to purchase the drugs from the authorized dealer as per the management order
• Managing and arranging all drugs in routine basis in the store
• Ensure purchase entry should be done on the same day
• Daily bill check with HMS v/s physical bill copies
• Monthly receiving purchase statement from all the suppliers in hard copy format / computerized format
• Monthly check all the bills and arrange the bills in customized format (bill copies, HMS sheet, supplier statement)submit bills to store HOD for tally (tax) and then to hospital administrator for payment approval
• Monitoring the expiry and non movement products and send to authorized distributor
• Following up for credit and return notes from supplier
• Responsible for drug safety(high alert medicines)
• Deriving purchase and credit note reports from HIMS and convert it to tally
• Giving information to the tally department
• Managing overall requirements in stores

Qualification

• Any degree
• Fresher
• 15K to 20K
• PF & ESI

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,199.87 - ₹42,519.52 per month
