Job Description

Oversees all aspects of a Central pharmacy's operations, ensuring efficient and safe medication management for patients.
This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent patient care.
Also play a key role in staff training, policy implementation, and maintaining a safe and efficient pharmacy environment.
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and enhance patient safety.
Ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical practices.
Managing the pharmacy's stock of medications and supplies, ensuring availability while controlling costs.
