Role Overview: As the Pharmacy Manager at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, you will lead the pharmacy department by overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations and administration. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that services are safe, efficient, and centered on patient care. This role requires you to maintain regulatory compliance, optimize inventory processes, and lead the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Direct daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. - Ensure precise and timely dispensing of prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and medical supplies. - Maintain full compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards for medication handling, labeling, and storage. - Manage inventory processes, including purchasing, stock control, waste reduction, and cost optimization. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the pharmacy team to achieve operational and clinical excellence. - Champion best practices in medication safety and patient care. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Pharm, D.Pharm - Experience: 2 to 3 years+ - Salary: INR 20,000 to 25,000 - Location: Salem (willingness to travel to other locations required) Please note that this is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person at the specified location.
