JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification: B.Pharm/D.Pharm , REGISTRATION MUST.
Experience: More than 6 months (Required)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for safes storage of medicines as per statutory requirements.
2. Assist the stores in procuring the requirements.
3. Assist the store in maintaining of the other related consumables.
4. To produce bills as per doctor’s prescription for each and every customer.
5. Delivering the medicines and consumables against paid bills.
6. Proper dispensing of medicines strictly as per doctor’s prescription.
7. Writing down dosages of each medicines or usage of other consumables strictly as prescription for patients to follow.
8. Safe and hygienic handling of medicines injectable and other consumables.
9. Monitor movement of medicine nearing expiry and bringing into the notice of the pharmacist in charge.
10. She shall also be required to work in shifts.
11. Any other work entrusted by the management.
12. Shall be accountable for all statutory obligations commitments for the departments under her and also for all losses and damages pecuniary or otherwise by her commission and or omission.
