Note :

• 2-5years of Hospital Pharmacist Experience required
• Ready to Endorse Certificate to the Pharmacy

Qualification :

• BPharm , DPharm

Duty Hours : 8hrs ( Rotational Shifts )

Job Description :

To Check prescriptions to make sure there are no errors and that they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient

· Go through the prescriptions carefully If in doubt, check with the referral doctor

· Clarify the quantity required and the dosage to the patients

· If the prescribed drug is not available, arrange for the same through stores / distributors. If any particular brand is not available inform the doctor about the substitute and get the consent for the same

· Prepare the bill for the quantity required and inform the patient / customer about the bill amount

· Generate the bill in duplicate and document

· Take the medicines from the respective racks in accordance with the bill and the doctor's prescription

· Check the medicines physically for batch no, expiry, quantity with the bill and prescription and approved by the pharmacist

· Pack the medicines along with the prescription and the original bill. If the patient prefers, counseling on dosage and regimen

• Make sure medicines are stored appropriately and securely;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Registered Pharmacist - Pharmacy Division (Preferred)
