• Operations at the Centre
• Customer registration & Onboarding
• Vital measurement and recording
• Recommending patients to right doctors based on symptom checker analysis
• Quick consultation with empaneled doctors
• Specialist consultation booking and schedule
• Medicine booking and dispensation as per customers preference
• Perform inhouse available test at the center based on Doctors prescriptions
• Collect samples for pathology test based on Doctors prescriptions
• Book and refer patients to partner Radiology Laboratory based on Doctors prescriptions
• Track and follow up on leads generated through health camps to improve patient conversion, repeat visits and overall centre revenue.
• Promote Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Kavach Card offerings during patient interactions, health camps and community outreach activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Kavach Card services.
• Drive patient walk-ins at the centre by converting leads generated through health camps and community activities.
• Generate qualified patient leads through health camps, community outreach activities and local engagement initiatives.
• Plan and conduct health camps in the assigned area to create awareness about CureBay services and healthcare offerings.
• Book and refer patients to partners Hospitals as per need Billing

and Settlements

• Executive should book all services as requested and confirmed by the patient on the platform only after taking the money from the Patient in recommended form
• Executive should ensure that the centre does not charge any additional Money from the patient than what he records in the platform
• At the end of the business day The Executive has to do the financial reconciliation and deposit the money in CureBays account as per agreed norms

Upkeep of the Facilities and Equipment

• Executive should take care of all equipment (Diagnostics, IT, Electrical Fixture, Furniture etc)
• Executive should keep the satellite centre clean and hygienic.
