Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Dispense medications to patients according to their prescriptions and medical history.
Provide counseling on proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs or substances.
Maintain accurate records of patient transactions, including dispensed medications and dosage instructions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to medication therapy.

Job Requirements :

2-10 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of medicine and pharmacy practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
