Key Responsibilities Dispensing & Compounding: Accurately filling prescriptions, compounding, packaging, and labeling medications. Patient Consultation: Advising patients on correct usage, dosages, potential side effects, and general health. Inventory Management: Receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining records for medicines, including controlled substances. Record Keeping: Maintaining patient profiles, pharmacy files, and controlled substance logs. Coordination: Working with doctors to verify prescriptions, handling purchase orders, and arranging for unavailable medicines. Health Services: May involve taking vitals (BP, temperature) or providing basic health screenings/injections. Compliance: Adhering to all legal regulations and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
