**About the Opportunity**

T9GIC is looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to support hiring for our Global Capability Center (GCC) clients across the Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries.

We are looking for professionals with strong end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage niche and lateral hiring requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma & Life Sciences GCC clients.

- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean Search, and referrals.

- Handle niche, lateral, and leadership hiring.

- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines.

- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports, and hiring dashboards.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely closures.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment SLAs.

**Required Skills:**

- 3–6 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience.

- Prior exposure to Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or GCC recruitment.

- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate screening.

- Experience in niche and lateral hiring.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

**Preferred Experience:**

Candidates who have supported hiring for organizations such as Novartis, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Eli Lilly, GSK, Eisai, Amgen, or Pfizer will have an added advantage.
