1. Job Purpose

To drive sales growth for SIMS Pharmacy and Clinics by developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting pharmacy products and clinic services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Promote pharmacy products, healthcare services, and clinic offerings to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and other potential business partners, as applicable.
• Conduct field visits to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the reporting manager.
• Explain product features, pricing, availability, and healthcare service offerings to customers.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and clinic teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, lead trackers, and follow-up records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure professional conduct and compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, pending orders, and business proposals to improve conversion rates.

3. Educational Qualification

• Any degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Candidates with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail sales backgrounds will be preferred.

4. Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical services, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

5. Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to undertake field visits.
• Good presentation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new customers and business accounts acquired.
• Lead generation and lead conversion rate.
• Revenue growth and repeat business generation.
• Number of customer visits and follow-ups completed.

7. Working Conditions

• Full-time position with field visits and client meetings as required.
• Working hours and weekly offs as per company policy.
• Travel within the assigned territory may be required.
