PGT – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) Qualifications & Eligibility Candidate must be ready to relocate outside Bhilai. Educational Qualifications : Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in the respective subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology) from a recognized university. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Experience : A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.Teachers Recruiter Certifications : CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification is desirable. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery : Skills & Competencies Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 11 and 12. Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. Student Assessment : Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student understanding. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student growth. Laboratory Management : Conduct practical experiments and ensure the proper utilization of laboratory resources. Encourage students to develop hands-on skills and understand experimental techniques. Mentorship : Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities. Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests like NEET and JEE. Professional Development : Stay updated with advancements in the respective subjects and pedagogical techniques. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.JobLeads Collaboration : Coordinate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss student progress. Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational policies.
