JOB DESCRIPTION – PGT PHYSICS TEACHER

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
Experience: 4–5 Years
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Role Overview:

The PGT Physics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Physics to senior secondary classes (XI–XII), preparing students for board exams and competitive exams, and fostering strong conceptual understanding through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Classroom Management

• Teach Physics to classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and engaging classroom activities.
• Ensure clarity in concepts including Mechanics, Optics, Electromagnetism, Modern Physics, etc.
• Conduct practical classes and demonstrations in the Physics laboratory.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Student Development

• Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET basics).
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and evaluate student performance.
• Provide academic support and one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions.
• Monitor academic progress and maintain student records.

Curriculum & Planning

• Develop innovative teaching strategies for better learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum planning and academic improvement programs.
• Update teaching methods using digital tools, smart classes, and e-content.

Institutional Responsibilities

• Participate in school events, PTMs, workshops, and departmental meetings.
• Contribute to school discipline, student welfare, and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc) in Physics + B.Ed (Mandatory).
• 4–5 years of teaching experience in senior grades (XI–XII).
• Strong conceptual knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use smart classroom tools and digital teaching platforms.
• Good classroom management and mentoring ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
