Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English
Department: Academics
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach English for Senior Secondary classes (Classes XI & XII) as per CBSE / ISC / State Board curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with academic standards.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
Prepare question papers, conduct assessments, and evaluate answer scripts.
Guide students in grammar, literature, creative writing, and language proficiency.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and academic reviews.
Provide academic support and mentoring to students when required.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in classroom instruction.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) – Mandatory
B.Ed. qualification – Mandatory
Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level.
Strong command over English language and literature.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with CBSE / ISC examination patterns.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
