(Mandatory) Experience: 2 to 4 years Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of Chemistry, have strong pedagogical skills, and a passion for educating higher secondary students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons for Classes 11 and 12. Prepare detailed lesson plans, practical experiments, and assessment materials aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/State Board). Teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications of Chemistry effectively. Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly through tests and assignments. Guide students in science exhibitions, projects, and competitive exams (NEET, JEE, Olympiads, etc.). Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Collaborate with other science faculty members for integrated learning approaches. Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions. Requirements: M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university. B.Ed. qualification is mandatory. 2–4 years of relevant teaching experience at the higher secondary level. Strong command over subject matter and communication skills. Experience with lab management and practical classes. Ability to use smart boards and digital tools for effective teaching.
