As a PGT Biology Teacher at our academy located in Cuddalore, Kattumannarkoil, Tamilnadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Advanced Curriculum Delivery:** You will be responsible for teaching in-depth subject matter at a higher level, aligned with the curriculum for senior grades. - **Lesson Plan Development:** Your key task will be creating engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and meet curriculum objectives. - **Student Assessment:** You will regularly evaluate student performance through tests, projects, presentations, and other assessments to track progress. - **Feedback Provision:** Providing constructive feedback to students on their strengths and areas for improvement will be crucial. - **Academic Support:** You will offer individual or small group tutoring to students needing extra help. - **Classroom Management:** Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering active participation will be part of your daily routine. - **Collaboration with Colleagues:** Working with other teachers within the department to share best practices and coordinate curriculum development is essential for the overall success of the students. **Qualification required:** - UG in Biology - PG in Biology - B.Ed degree Please note that only candidates with 1-3 years of experience in CBSE are eligible to apply for this position.
