The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and guide students of classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction in Accountancy for Classes 11 and 12. Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and study materials aligned with CBSE guidelines. Conduct formative and summative assessments , evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records. Provide personalized academic support and mentoring to students, especially during board exam preparations. Integrate real-life examples and technology tools (e.g., Tally, Excel) to enhance learning outcomes. Coordinate with fellow faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and Commerce events. Participate actively in school functions, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and trainings . Ensure classroom discipline and encourage an inclusive and respectful learning environment. 📘 Educational Qualifications Post Graduate Degree in Commerce / Accountancy (M.Com preferred). B.Ed. from a recognized university (mandatory as per CBSE norms). 💼 Experience Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school. Prior experience in CBSE Board exam preparation will be highly preferred. 🧠 Skills Required Strong command of Accountancy concepts, especially for Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, Cash Flow Statements , and Accounting Ratios . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital tools (MS Excel, Smart Board, Google Classroom, ERP systems). Student-centric approach with effective classroom management .
