Job description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities, vendor communications, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate must have strong fluency in Hindi and Malayalam to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. Communicate clearly with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments. Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages or delays. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or quality. Support the accounts team with invoice and payment coordination. Generate daily/weekly purchase reports. Required Skills: Fluency in Hindi & Malayalam is mandatory Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting. Understanding of procurement procedures and vendor management.
