We are looking for a professional, organized, and responsible Personal Assistant (PA) to support daily administrative operations, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
Job Details
- Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: On-Site
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Qualification: Master’s Degree / Postgraduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Eligibility: Female candidates only
- Salary: 30,000–35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Manage appointments, calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
- Handle emails, prepare documents, maintain records, and coordinate assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude, discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
