Role & responsibilities Support HR in management of employee engagement activities Achievement of collection target month on month Achievement of rolling 13th month and 25th month persistency targets Assignment of targets to the team Regular monitoring of teams performance Initiate process level improvement steps basis feedback from teams and sales team Regular co ordination with RBH/ZBH for driving and supporting their KPI. Ensure attrition of the team is well within threshold. Ensure team is provided with all enablers to carry out their daily activity. Identify the team training needs and co ordinate with training team for development teams. Provide regular in sights to the management on the various information available in the field. Regular Visits to be conducted in normal situation wherein low persistency and collection is experienced. Meet bank Zonal / Regional staff and seek support to drive collection Support HO and team to launch timely effective campaign to increase collections Support HR in management of employee engagement activities. Position will be based out of Corporate office, but the role would include travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
