Performance Testing - Sr Tech Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Performance Test Lead at Birlasoft, responsible for managing and executing performance testing activities. Your role will involve planning, designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure systems meet performance standards and address any performance issues before deployment. Your strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, along with effective team leadership and stakeholder communication skills, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the performance testing team in planning, designing, and executing performance tests. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and provide regular updates on test progress and results. - Utilize tools like Load Runner to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions. - Ensure the system's performance meets the expectations of stakeholders and end-users.
