Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing professional with 6 to 13 years of experience in performance testing, particularly in chaos. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct performance testing for medium to complex software applications and systems.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance goals and improve application performance.
Work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
Mentor junior performance testers in performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing, preferably in chaos.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Experience with data privacy, monitoring, and rollback procedures.
Good understanding of failover testing principles and practices.
Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
