Performance Marketer (5+years)

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving measurable business growth through paid advertising. Agency work experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversions).

Adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

Optimize campaigns for lower cost per lead (CPL), higher conversions, and stronger ROI.

Develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Implement and track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels.

Ensure compliance with Google & Meta Ads policies and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end paid media campaigns with measurable success.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Pixels.

Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.

Demonstrated experience in achieving performance marketing KPIs.

Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
