Project Role Description :Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering:software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:As a Perf, Risk, & Quality Practitioner, you will ensure performance is delivered through performance optimization, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and risk management. Develop an integrated approach to drive quality excellence to assess any potential risks that could impact the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement performance testing strategies.- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.- Create quality assurance processes to ensure product excellence.- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the application.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Skills:

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Load runner and JMeter- Expertise in writing performance scripts using Programming language like Java and Python- Should have experience in Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics- Must To Have

Skills:

Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy- Experience in quality assurance methodologies.- Good Knowledge in Java- Should be able to do good Analysis and Monitoring - Should be able to understand System Architecture - Should have knowledge in Linux commands- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.- This position is for client captive and mandated 50% RTO based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
